TLD introduced a "voting system," allowing participants to select their preferred event details through two rounds of polls. The final choice—an outdoor BBQ at Wangongdi Forest—reflected the team's collective enthusiasm for nature and connection.

活动筹备阶段，TLD创新采用“外教投票制”，提供多个备选方案，由外教们自主决定活动地点与时间。经过两轮投票，最终选定户外烧烤作为活动形式。这一方式不仅尊重了外教的个人偏好，更激发了大家的参与热情，为活动奠定了愉快基调。

Amidst the fresh forest air, TLD carefully designed the BBQ menu to accommodate diverse dietary needs, including dedicated vegan options. Teachers praised the thoughtful preparations: "Authentic vegan food in such beautiful surroundings—what a wonderful surprise!"
